jlgm Terms & Conditions

By creating an account on jlgm, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the jlgm platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of jlgm.app.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jlgm Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

jlgm reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use jlgm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jlgm strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify your age during the account verification process.
• Location: You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlgm or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority. Attempting to register or play while subject to a self-exclusion order is a material breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: You may only hold one active jlgm account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

To access real-money games on jlgm, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlgm account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jlgm immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jlgm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your jlgm account.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and must match your government-issued identification documents.
• jlgm reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including during withdrawal processing.

jlgm reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

jlgm accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed on the jlgm deposit page.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Currency: All transactions on jlgm are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your jlgm account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Deposit Limits: jlgm may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account, either at your request as part of our responsible gaming tools or as required by our risk management procedures.
• Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your jlgm account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. jlgm complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

Withdrawal requests on jlgm are subject to the following conditions:

• Verification Requirement: Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued ID and, where applicable, proof of address.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. jlgm reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified method where necessary.
• Pending Bonus Wagering: Withdrawals may not be processed while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding. You must complete all applicable wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply. These limits are displayed on the jlgm withdrawal page and may be adjusted by jlgm at its discretion.

jlgm reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, jlgm will notify you of the delay and the reason, to the extent permitted by law.

jlgm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jlgm reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your jlgm account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and video poker may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and free spins will be removed from your account upon expiry without compensation.

All games available on the jlgm platform — including slots, bingo, jackpot bingo, joker poker, live dealer games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All game outcomes on jlgm are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in regulated studios.
• jlgm does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available upon request.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jlgm reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated during a malfunction may be voided.
• jlgm's decision on all game-related disputes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlgm platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one jlgm account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the jlgm platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to jlgm immediately.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using jlgm for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlgm staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, account restriction, or responsible gaming measure imposed by jlgm.

jlgm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jlgm account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

All content on the jlgm platform — including but not limited to the jlgm brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlgm or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlgm platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the jlgm platform without prior written consent from jlgm.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlgm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jlgm platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jlgm does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jlgm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlgm account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlgm's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

jlgm collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jlgm, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlgm implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of account credentials. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jlgm cannot guarantee absolute security.

jlgm may be required to disclose your personal data to Philippine regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering regulations. jlgm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jlgm will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jlgm platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting jlgm support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlgm platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jlgm's customer support team. jlgm will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jlgm from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
